Kroger Community Rewards

Heritage Hill Haven is part of the Kroger Community Rewards program. Kroger donates 0.5% of the price of eligible purchases to the charity selected by you when you use your Kroger Plus Card.

How to select Heritage Hill Haven as a charitable organization to support when you shop at Kroger:

  1. Register online by going to: http://www.krogercommunityrewards.com
  2. Click on Sign In/Register and enter your Kroger Plus Card number. If you do not use your card number, call 877-576-7587 to get your Kroger Plus Card number using the phone number it is registered under.
  3. Click on Edit Kroger Community Rewards information and input your Kroger Plus Card number or registered phone number.
  4. Enter Heritage Hill Haven under “name of organization”; OR select Heritage Hill Haven from the list; OR enter the NPO number (75014) and click on Confirm.
  5. Verify that you are enrolled by looking for Heritage Hill Haven’s name on the right side of your information page.

Every time you shop at Kroger, part of your purchase will be donated to support Heritage Hill Haven!
